The accommodation is situated in the centre of La Ciotat, on a lively, shopping-filled pedestrianised street, just a stone’s throw from the Old Port and the marina. You’ll be staying right in the heart of the town: cafés, restaurants, shops, markets and the quays are all within a few minutes’ walk. The Port-Vieux neighbourhood forms the historic, pedestrianised heart of La Ciotat, with its narrow streets, outdoor cafés and seasonal boat trips to Île Verte. Sea and beaches Capucins Beach, the closest to the town centre, is about a 10-minute walk away. It is a family-friendly beach, equipped with a lifeguard station, toilets and a playground, with restaurants nearby. You can also easily reach the Port des Capucins, a small fishing and marina harbour where traditional boats known as ‘pointus’ are moored. Nearby attractions From the Vieux-Port, you can take a shuttle to Île Verte between April and October. The Mugel and Figuerolles calanques are within walking distance of the town centre – a 15 to 30-minute walk – offering scenery featuring turquoise waters, coves and the Bec de l’Aigle mountain range. Atmosphere It is a lively neighbourhood, particularly pleasant for a car-free stay: everything is within walking distance, from the sea and the harbour to the shops and the historic centre. In summer, the town centre and the area around the harbour are naturally busier, and parking can be more difficult; However, public and private car parks are still available nearby.

A 68 m² two-bedroom flat ideally situated right in the centre of La Ciotat, on a pedestrianised street just a stone’s throw from the Old Port, the marina, the beaches, shops and restaurants. It comprises two spacious bedrooms, a kitchen opening onto a large living room, and a bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a separate toilet. Perfect for a stay for up to 5 people, whilst exploring the Calanques. An exceptional location to make the most of La Ciotat without needing to use a car.
Space
A comfortable 68 m² flat, situated on the first floor of a block of flats right in the centre of La Ciotat, on a pedestrianised street and just a stone’s throw from the harbour. Living area You’ll enter a large living room, which opens onto the kitchen and dining area. It features two sofas, a dining table and a television. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, cookware and crockery. The flat has a dishwasher. Bedrooms The flat comprises two spacious bedrooms: Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: double bed and single bed, accommodating up to 5 people. Each bedroom has air conditioning for your comfort, in both summer and winter. Bathroom and WC The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath with shower, two washbasins and storage space. The toilet is separate, in a separate room, for added everyday convenience. Comfort The property is air-conditioned via three split-system units: one in each bedroom and one in the living room. Wi-Fi (fibre) is available throughout the flat. Access
You’ll also be just a short walk from the Eden bus stop. The location is ideal for exploring La Ciotat, its beaches and the routes to the Calanques without having to use a car. By car There are several parking options available nearby: City centre spaces: paid parking all year round, from 8 am to 8 pm, with 2 hours’ free parking once a day. The Tasse car park is one of the closest options. Spaces outside the city centre: paid parking from 1 May to 30 September, from 9 am to 8 pm, with 1 hour’s free parking once a day. Private pay-and-display car parks: Q-Park at the Marina and Q-Park Verdun. By public transport The ‘Eden and Marina’ bus stop is just a few minutes’ walk from the accommodation and provides easy access to the beaches, the town centre and the surrounding area.
