The Mourillon beaches are very easily accessible by bus or car 10 minutes away. The Grand Marché du Cours Lafayette is just a stone's throw away, as is the old town and its shops. Want to experience a colorful sporting event, the Mayol stadium is right next door!

**A few things to know** The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and commercial activities are prohibited. The building’s shared areas are monitored by CCTV. The windows are double-glazed and help reduce noise when closed. However, the apartment is located at the corner of two busy streets, so some traffic noise may be heard. You’ll be staying in the heart of the lively port area and Mayol district. The apartment is clean and functional, with a simple, no-frills style. It is in good condition but has not been newly renovated and does not offer luxury amenities.
