Located on a quiet one-way street in the heart of the city, the apartment is just behind Place de la Liberté and a short walk from the train station. Some noise from the nearby school may occasionally be heard. Shops, restaurants, and outdoor dining terraces are all close by, with plenty of choice: Provençal and Italian cuisine, Japanese, Indian and Lebanese restaurants, as well as cafés and brasseries. The neighbourhood is lined with Haussmann-style buildings and is close to the OKKO hotel, Théâtre Liberté, and the Chalucet eco-district. Enjoy air conditioning, a balcony, three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi.

* A spacious and comfortable apartment As you enter, you’ll find a bench, a shoe cabinet, and a convenient desk area for working remotely. The large, air-conditioned living room features a comfortable sofa for **3 to 4 people**, two armchairs, and a large lift-top coffee table. The sofa bed converts into a 140 × 200 bed. You’ll also find a 65-inch TV, high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi, and direct access to the balcony. A decorative partition separates the living room from the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the large dining table seats up to eight. This area also opens onto the balcony. The balcony is furnished with plants, a small wooden table, and two chairs. Located on the top floor, it offers a partly open view, with some overlooking from nearby buildings, as is common in the city centre. The apartment also has a practical laundry room with a 10 kg washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, sink, and storage. * Bedrooms and bathroom The three adjoining bedrooms each have a wardrobe and electric shutters. The two larger bedrooms at either end each have a queen-size bed. The smaller bedroom in the middle has a standard double bed. The compact bathroom includes a shower, an anti-fog mirror, a heated towel rail with a fan, storage, and adjustable mood lighting.
